Every great pet friendship starts with a pet and a hello!
Book a free Meet & Greet and I'll come to your home to meet you and your furry (or feathered) family member before your booking begins.
We'll chat about feeding routines, medication (if needed), favourite treats, litter trays, bins, mail, emergency contacts, vet details and anything else that helps keep your pet happy while you're away.
We'll also organise your booking dates, collect any keys if required, and make sure everyone is comfortable before the first visit.
And don't leave me hanging like an old sock on the washing line … if you can’t make the meet and greet time you can easily cancel or reschedule in the reminder email.
If you'd like me to look after your pet, book your Meet & Greet early, especially around school holidays and long weekends!

🐾 What Happens at the Meet & Greet?
Once we've had a chat, your pet has given me the official sniff of approval (hopefully!), and everyone's feeling comfortable, we'll tackle the boring grown-up stuff.
Don't worry, it's just there to keep you, your pets and me safe.
At the Meet & Greet we'll:
✓ Welcome you to the Ballarat Pet Sitting service with your Welcome Pack.
✓ Lock in your booking dates.
✓ Complete the important details like feeding routines, medication, emergency contacts and your vet's information.
✓ Organise payment, paperwork and signatures so everything's ready before you head off on your adventure.
Then all that's left to do is enjoy your holiday while I spoil your pets with plenty of love and care! 🧡
